Supervising Task Progress

Track fieldworker locations live on Google Maps, with status indicators like “online,” “offline,” “on the way,” or “working.” Task icons and colors instantly communicate progress.

Alerts and Notifications

Receive important alerts for events such as incomplete tasks, new notes, task rejections, tasks created in the mobile app, or high-priority tasks, keeping you informed at all times.

Skills Matching

Every task can have skills necessary to complete it. In the system, mobile workers have skills and authorizations attributed to them. This way, task can be matched with an employee only if they have all necessary skills and authorizations to complete it.

Quantitative Parameters

Match tasks to workers or vehicles based on quantitative needs, such as parcel count or vehicle capacity. Simply define task-specific requirements, and GeoTask will ensure assignments align with available resources, making logistics smoother and more efficient.

Customer and Location Module

This module centralizes information on recurring customers and their locations for easy management. Create tasks individually or in bulk for selected customers, view active and completed tasks, and access task history for any customer or location.

Warehouse Module

Manage equipment with ease and track movements of items installed at or retrieved from customer sites. View available inventory, monitor which equipment is in use at specific locations, and assign tasks to specific pieces of equipment when needed. This module also helps track resources used by field staff.

Customer Notifications

Create, edit, and manage customer notifications via email or SMS. Keep customers updated on scheduled visits, changes in appointment dates, or task status updates. Automated notifications help improve customer communication and service transparency.

Self-Service Portal

The self-service portal allows customers to view their task details and reschedule visits based on available time slots.

Reporting

Generate comprehensive reports effortlessly. GeoTask’s reporting features cover completed tasks, filled forms, GPS tracking, productivity metrics, routes taken, SMS communications, GDPR compliance, process optimization, and more.

Subcontractor Management

Whether managing subcontractors or acting as one for various clients, GeoTask makes it easy.

It allows you to efficiently manage and monitor subcontractor activities, or, as a subcontractor, organize tasks for multiple customers. GeoTask adapts to any operation model—whether you assign all tasks to multiple subcontractors, only some tasks, or act both as a commissioning party and subcontractor.
